The will, dated May 19 1914, notes no provision for the children of Christina G Carter who are said to be provided for in her husband’s will. Executors are Jacob E Lang and Zeno B Lang, without bond. Witnesses are George F Lang and James G Whitney.

Auto Party Struck by Train five Die Near Asheville
Five people were killed and one injured when the auto they rode in was hit by a west bound Wabash passenger train one mile west of Asheville North Carolina.
