James K Hackett not the actor faced Municipal Judge Mc Gannon on a charge of begging. Asked if he was an actor he replied he is related to Hackett and sometimes performs a Charley Chaplin stunt to earn a dime. Judge fixed costs and 30 days, quipping a good entertainer is needed at the prison farm.
