He details job at Lauughlin Jensen Co noting managers assistants and shop stock for farmers and families, weather conditions local churches and businesses, mumps in the area, family health, travel times to San Francisco and the proximity to coast. He mentions traffic autos rain snow and pipe and water issues during a cold snap and notes Fresno population around 25000 with through rail lines.
