If the plan is rejected by the Economic Board the federal aid of about 150 900 will go to other counties, delaying county progress and risking lost federal support. Uncited boastful ad copy extols Dr King’s New Discovery as a sure relief for stubborn colds grippe throat coughs and croup. Claims include its long standing family reliability with a bottle priced 60 cents and 1.20 dollars available at all druggists.
An advertisement-style note touts Dr King’s New Life Pills as a remedy for stubborn bowels claiming they tame constipation and fermenting waste, claiming a comfortable pleasant experience and normal bowel function with a trial offer.
