Cullison Threatened as Bill Advisor to Assembly

Hon Shelby Cullison a former judge in Shelby county faced strong opposition to a proposed role as legal advisor to the Thirty eighth general assembly. Corning Iowa January 23 three indictments charging first degree murder were returned by a special grand jury I investigating the Prescott triple killing John Hoskins beat out the brains of his wife Hulda Hoskins and then killed her two children Gladys Campbell 18 and Roy Campbell 15 The tragedy occurred January 11 Hoskins arraigned pleaded not guilty and was remanded to jail without bond He will offer an insanity plea as a defense.
