The Cass County board moved to lay over bids for county farm overseer and opened road work bids. Several lumber and piling contracts were awarded, with Wheeler Lumber Co. and Green Bay Lumber Co. receiving bridge lumber and piling awards. Numerous bills were approved and county officials authorized to issue warrants. proceedings included tax rebates, extension for drainage work, and hiring for poor relief and road maintenance.
A county board certified a correct balance sheet and statements of collections and disbursements by treasurer C E B Malone for the period, with receipts and vouchers examined.
