Foster's Bulletin forecasts disturbance crossing the continent January 14 to 18 with a warm wave January 13 to 17 and a cool wave January 16 to 20. Local Man Die of Pneumonia After Alleged Care Lapses

In Audubon county, Henry Behler died at his Ridge Road home after days of influenza and pneumonia. A coroner's inquest found death due to pneumonia mainly from lack of proper attention, amid disputed care by Dr. Childs and chiropractor O M Kingsbury. A public discussion followed at a local sale, with pleas of medical doubt and chiropractic advocacy lingering in a heated dispute reported by the Audubon Advocate.
