Washington January 6 AP The House Military Committee plans to expedite consideration of national service legislation or tighter manpower controls on 4 Fs. Chairman May says the panel will act promptly on Roosevelt's national service recommendation and may pursue a work or fight bill if the proposal stalls. The push comes as Selective Service favors fully utilizing 3 000 600 to 1 000 000 men already in medical or physical statuses.
