John Randall will lead as Scoutmaster of Troop No. 38. Charles Mallette and Bob Alexander earn the Eagle rank after earning 21 merit badges. Mallette, son of Mr and Mrs Frank G Mallette of 907 Birch Street, is the fifth of five brothers to win the honor, including Pfc Gene Mallette, Pfc Bob Mallette, Manney Mallette, and the late Lt Dick Mallette who died in the Asiatic campaign.
