Daughter of Mr and Mrs Hughes of Bentons township she married Marl H Martin May 20 1916 and lived in Cass County except for a period in Vancouver Washington. Survived by her father mother husband two daughters Avis and Vera four sisters Maude J F Ury of Dallas Center Mrs Charles Sewell Emmettsburg and Murray Preston of this city and a brother Henry at Camp Zachary Taylor Kentucky.
