Iowa corn 102 percent normal in July report

Des Moines Aug. 12 In July Iowa led states in corn condition and most crops, with Iowa corn at 102 percent of normal. Acreage was 8 percent of 1920, totaling 10,197 nerves. The 102 percent level is 88 percent of the ten year average, with an estimated yield of 42,059,000 bushels, down 31,701 from December 1920 forecast.
