Two Towans drown in separate Mississippi River incidents over the weekend. Leonard White, 50, of Camanche, perished when the boat capsized south of Clinton. Glenn Westgate, 48, was rescued after clinging to the overturned craft. Ralph Hendrickson, 21, of Davenport, died in a Davenport boat upset.
