Six Allen clan arraigned in Carroll court house tragedy
Six members of the Allen family were arraigned in Hillsville Virginia for murder in the first degree over the Carroll court house killings on March 14 that killed a judge, prosecutor, sheriff, a juror and a spectator. Lloyd Allen and his kin Claude Victor and Sidna Edwards along with Byrd Marion are charged with murder. Attorneys plan to argue that Sidna Allen and Wesley Edwards were the shooters, with Lloyd claiming self defense and others not firing.
