Washington April 24 AP Acute Senate Majority Leader Hill Nile voiced confidence the senate would finish action today on legislation to keep the draft alive. A test of two amendments occurred with one to restrict young draftees in combat. The senate voted 66 to 9 yesterday against barring under 20 assignments to combat before a full year of training.
