Des Moines April 24 A report from the state conservation commission details January and February violations with 107 cases tried and 106 convictions. February saw 90 violations with 67 convictions and 950 dollars in fines plus 225 days in jail. Suspensions reduced fines to 339 dollars and 90 days jail. Only 48 violations were reported to date.
In February, authorities secured convictions in all 39 cases brought to trial, marking a decisive streak for the prosecution and signaling strong courtroom results across the amassed docket.
