Village land vacate suit in Cass County court records
In Town County Cass a petition by M. Kirk seeks absolute ownership of a large real estate tract in Grove City including lots 1–12 in Block 14 and adjacent alleys and parts of Blocks 28 23 and 15 with extensive metes and bounds descriptions Both the village of Grove City and various named defendants are notified of the court action and the hearing date set for April 8 1926. The suit alleges public streets and a park were never accepted by the village and seeks vacating of the described plat portions under Section 6284 of the Just Code.
