Johnson Funeral and County Convention Met
The funeral for John T. Johnson will be Sunday at 2 at the M P church with burial in Marne cemetery. Democrats of the county met at German Hall last Wednesday to select delegates for the state judicial convention in Des Moines on the 24th. In police court this morning two prisoners faced charges of drunkenness. one fined $10 for simple drunkenness, the other $60 for disruptive behavior and driving his family from home, allowed to depart after partial payment. A second hand hard coal stove is offered for sale by Crowley EB Cole & Company as a bargain.
