Mrs Ralph Woodlancey Killed In Auto Crash Near Macedonia
Mrs Ralph Woodlancey of near Macedonia was instantly killed when the car she rode in skidded on muddy roads and plunged over a twelve foot embankment. Her husband Ralph Woodlancey was seriously injured but is not believed in danger. They had started for a pleasure ride and, caught in rain, were speeding home on a corner when the vehicle went off the road. Help arrived soon after and took charge of the woman’s body. medical aid was summoned for the man.

Anita Sept 4 editor J S Briggs of the Anita Republican for 25 years a resident was stricken yesterday with heart trouble and lies in precarious condition at his home. He is 77 and his recovery is hopeless with death expected soon. His wife and a daughter survive. Briggs was a well known figure and veteran with many friends learning of his critical state.
