The latest fashionable ladies and misses coats go on sale Saturday morning at a record price of 11.95. Made of spot proof broadcloth in black and color, tailored with satin lining, Persian braid edging, large buttons, silk braid and satin bands. Some coats feature embroidery along front shoulders and back, worth 15.00 to 17.50.
Mrs J Billings visited Atlantic on Saturday while Mrs J Childs and daughter from Atlantic were Sunday guests of Mrs L C Temple and family. Various locals returned from trips to Nebraska Des Moines Griswold and Washington with others visiting relatives. The Daughters of Rebekah initiated Grace Daniels and a ball game raised 55.25 for the Ladies Oakwood Association.
