The Captain of the Northern Light
Gregory Cole, captain of the Northern Light, returns to find his forbidden love Madge Blanchard on the Edelweiss. A gale traps them at Makings Atoll as Horble, Madge’s husband, looms and a struggle ends with Horble dead and Madge choosing to sail away with Gregory in a desperate bid for freedom while the Edelweiss sinks in the storm.
