South Omaha June 30 hogs and cattle receipts showed strong demand with prices steady to higher. Hogs sold from 8.65 to 9.25 with top quotes near 9.25 for good heavy, while cattle ranged 5.00 to 8.00 for beeves and 2.50 to 6.00 for cows and heifers. Sheep Quotes ranged 4.00 to 7.50 for wethers, yearlings, and lambs with steady activity noted.
