Peter Jensen known as the Battling Swede and now in Denver faces charges after a 17 year old girl accuses him of attempted assault following a March 13 encounter after a dance. Beech Store Burglarized Through Back Window
The Beech store on Main Street was robbed last night of about 125 dollars in cash and jewelry. Entry was gained by removing a rear window pane, with the burglar taking rings bracelets and a sack of pennies from the office and money drawer before exiting through the front door.
