Summons in a Cautionary Foreclosure Case in Oregon
John F. Semple sues Walter Cameron and John Bergevin in Umatilla County Oregon for a 550 dollar judgment plus ten percent interest from February 1908, 100 attorney fees and costs. The suit seeks foreclosure of a mortgage on Lot ten in section 15 township 8 north range 35 east and sale by the sheriff to satisfy the decree and costs with any balance to defendants. The first publication is September 3 1909 under Judge H J Bean.
