Decisive move on Hermann indictments in Oregon trial
A Washington special to the Oregon Daily Journal reports the government will try Congressman Hermann first in Portland under Oregon indictments rather than in Washington DC. Three indictments are named the Batter crack page Blue Mountain conspiracy and 117 county with connections to land frauds and forged applications. Also noted is a separate rape case against Ela Weinnott bound over on bail. Barbers commission in Pendleton finds three barbers working without licenses.
