Abraham Livingston Jones born Trout River New York December 18 1807 died at Salem after months of illness. Survived by wife two sons and two daughters with remaining relatives in Boise Portland Pendleton and this city. He lived in Walla Walla and Umatilla county pioneer days and later ran a livery transfer business in Athena. Funeral Monday at M E church conducted by Rev Thomas Laweau.
