Officials warn of inconvenience and risk of embezzlement, a letter from a treasurer opposes the plan, and critics say the change offers few practical benefits. Also, Pioneer Drug Store changes ownership and Brock & Mitchell debts are to be settled at Will M. Peterson's law office.
