The O A N Railroad filed in federal court to stop Walla Walla County from collecting delinquent taxes for 1904 amounting to 10551.80. The suit alleges the 1904 valuation rose from 7600 to 10900 per mile, with total 85646.39 taxes, and the railroad plans a vigorous fight to avoid a 10 000 per mile valuation.
