Milton April 26 Odd Fellow day marks the 85th anniversary of the order in America. Pendleton Walla Walla and intermediate town lodges plan to attend with a special train from Pendleton and a meeting train from Walla Walla. Procession forms at the depot at 0:30 p m and moves to Nichols Grove.

Russian Fire Sinks Japanese Vessel at Gen San Harbor

Desperate Youth Killed After Street Fight Arrest
In Corvallis 18 year old Chester Keady dies from a gunshot to the head after a clash during his attempted arrest for drunkenness. Ex police chief James Dunn is fatally wounded and Benton county ex sheriff David Osburn is seriously wounded in the confrontation. The sheriff, arriving as Keady threatened Burnett, shoots Keady who then dies on scene.

Dividend Declared In Wade Bankruptcy Estate
Thomas Fitzgerald, referee in bankruptcy, declares a six percent dividend on the proceeds from the sale of the personal property of the O. B. Wade bankrupt estate. The first dividend totals 15 722 dollars, to be apportioned among 69 creditors, with Trustee T. Taylor delivering payments.
