Wells Accepts Wichita Offer in Milestone City Manager Move
Bert C. Wells has accepted Wichita’s city manager role, effective August 1 after Fort Elliott resigns. He cites broader promotion and a long, harmonious stay in Atchison, where taxes were cut and debt reduced, as reasons for the move.
