Matt Wirth 60 years old died Sunday morning at his Muscotah home after three weeks of illness from Bond health problems. Born in Germany he came to the United States as a young man and farmed in Farmington and Monrovia before moving to Muscotah and retiring. Survived by sons Joe and John of Muscotah and daughters Mrs. John Hildman Valley Falls Mrs. Joe Montgomery Larkinburg Kas and Mrs. Gale Smith Lincoln Neb. One son George preceded him in death. Funeral 2:30 Tuesday at Muscotah Methodist Church with Rev Foster. burial in Muscotah cemetery.
