New Mileage Book Issued By Western Passenger Association

The book covers passage on all railway lines and uses an identification slip system instead of requiring the holder to sign the cover. Each time a conductor tears out a slip the holder signs, and after 2,000 miles traveled the holder may request a refund if signatures match the slips.
