It urges using clean dairies, loose-covered jugs, rapid cooling in running water, and keeping milk cold to limit microbial growth, with caveats about ordinary microbes and fat content in evening milk.
The notice promotes Froptoids as cure all for headaches indigestion constipation biliousness and blood poisoning. It claims rapid relief when other medicines fail and stresses liver and digestion improvements with nightly doses. It also says regular use cures constipation and reduces dependence on patent medicines.

Mrs Caralina Campbell a Washington resident of French Canadian extraction claims kinship to Sir Wilfrid Laurier and sole heiress rights to the Plains and Beauport Seigneury near Quebec. She seeks a petition of right to sue the Government over occupancy and the case is referred to the Justice Minister for merit review. She reportedly gained access to documents not available in earlier claims from the 1870s.
