Trucks show values from 4s 4d to 45 4d while Gartons and Danish grades range 2s 7d to 2s 8d at country stations. Barley inquiries rise for about ds 9d at country stations. Potatoes scarce with prices £8 5s to £3 10s per ton at country stations.
Market weekly summary shows wheat demand limited by storage and cartage. Wheat prices hover around 4s 6d to 4s 9d per bushel with offers at 4s 3 1/2d and no sale. oats show scarce sales with Gartons and Dans at 2s 8d to 2s 9d. oats sheaf chaff quoted at £4 2s 6d to £4 3s 0d for prime quality.
Mosers Dalgety and Co Limited report for May 30 from London that frozen mutton prices are unchanged since the last telegram. Demand is moderate, with a good demand for lamb at unchanged prices.
Messrs Guiness and LeCrew Ltd report selling on account of Z A Kelman and Co a 550 acre Peel Forest property to Mr J M H Tripp. The transfer lists the buyers and the landed extent involved in the transaction.
