Prime milling oats 8s 8d, best feed 5s 1d to 8s 2d, medium to good Qs lid to 8s.

At Burnside stock sales in Duneden on December 20, a large yarding of fat cattle showed generally easier prices by 10s to 15s due to volume. Best bullocks sold £10 10s to £11 10s, extras £12 5s, mediums £8 15s to £9 18s, inferiors £7 10s to £8, cows and heifers £7 10s to £8, extras £9 10s, mediums £6 to £6 15s, inferiors £4 10s to £5 5s. Fat sheep numbered 1486, prices opening easier but improving later, near last week’s levels. Wethers 28s to 93s 6d, ewes 39s to 48s 6d, rams 6d to 14s 6d. Lambs 609 yarded, best 18s to 49s 6d, mediums 16s 9d to 17s 6d, inferior 8s to 11s 6d. Pigs 250 yarded. suckers 17s to 21s, slips 29s to 26s, steers 28s to 19s, porkers 44s to 63s, baconers 58s to 75s.
