Ashburton Domain By laws to be renewed in 1908
The Board intends by Special Order to repeal all previous By-laws and enact new ones under the Public Domains Act 1981 and Public Reserves Act 1885 for the Ashburton Domain. The measure, adopted at a December 17 special meeting, comes into force March 1 1908 and will be submitted for confirmation January 14 1908 at 8:30 pm. A copy of the proposed By-laws is available at the Borough Council Offices for public inspection from December 18 1907.
