Parker Company offers two carloads of Noble Milling Co Superior Flours with barrel and sack pricing. Noble's Best Flour and Star Flour listed at specific barrel and sack prices, claimed unbeatable in New Jersey. Sundries include buckwheat, prepared flour, table pears, coffee, tea, syrup, crackers, Worcester sauce, ketchup, and peaches with low listed prices.
At Asbury Park Board of Trade meeting tomorrow action will be taken toward reopening the sun parlor on the fishing pier or Bunnett avenue. President Kentor urges a large attendance to decide whether to maintain one or two parlors with janitorial support. Earlier years saw two parlors run by volunteers and Bradley funded fuel and janitor duties. opening one again could cost about ten dollars weekly but serve many nightly visitors. Sun attendance on Sundays nears a hundred admissions despite doors being locked recently. Several applicants have applied to be the attendant, and other issues will be discussed.
The Freehold and Jerseyville Turnpike Company, formed in 1866, abandons its toll road and the county will manage it, with plans to macadamize. The move creates two free routes into Freehold, alongside the four year old Freehold to Keyport county road, while five other toll roads into Freehold remain. Local leaders aim to have all five toll roads converted to free access to boost trade.
A meeting of the Neptune Township Republican Executive Committee reviewed election returns from Collector Giffard. Assemblyman Kirk Bride secured a larger majority than that year despite the Good Government League’s efforts to defeat him. The committee praised its campaign work and noted all related bills passed.

He was acquitted on a charge involving fifteen year old Jennie Armstrong, who reportedly went with him willingly. Hunt allegedly took both girls to New York for two days in a house of doubtful reputation. The jury recommended mercy. the judge sentenced Hunt to six years in State Prison at hard labor.
Miss Florence Young of Trenton visits her cousin Mrs T Frank Appleby in First Avenue. The next meeting of the State Board of Education will be held at Laurel House Lakewood December 1 to 4. A supper and entertainment at First Congregational Church last night netted about $76. The affair was enjoyable. Henry Steinbach secretary treasurer of Steinbach Company takes a vacation at Hot Springs Virginia. absent one week.
Workers replacing a pole on Cookman avenue caused a wire to fall on a guy line supporting telephone cables. Sparks and a display of fireworks drew a crowd. several cables were damaged. Service restored by nightfall, with Newark Cable men sent to repair. The incident was accidental.
Mahlon Margerum of McCabe and Margerum on Main Street has been named president of the People’s Brewing Company of Trenton. He is praised for business acumen and earlier served as secretary of the Interstate fair, guiding it through a difficult year and preventing its collapse.
George W. Burroughs of Manaquansan startled intruders who entered his home and stole silverware and valuables. The thieves opened fire when confronted, and fled without their loot.
Noah Roby, inmate of Piscataway near Plainfield, New Jersey, is said to be the oldest man in America if not the world, living thirty years in a poorhouse. He claims to still smoke and drink when inclined and maintains his faculties at an age claimed to be 128.

Backers include Senator C Asa Francis Congressman Howell Henry S White and former US district attorney White. The appointment will come as Colonel Plotard's term ends.

Haywood of Amsterdam presented a framed picture of race horse Chactanunds to the Choc tawunda tribe of Oceanport. the horse has won four races this year and is wintering in Amsterdam.
Harry Benson Palmer formerly a prescription clerk at Klemonth's pharmacy Asbury Park was married to Miss Eva St Clair LaBrasche of Newark at Newark Cathedral. They will reside at 1025 Elizabeth Avenue Elizabeth. Palmer is employed by Oliver and Drake and is active in local organizations. He served 48 hospital steward in the Third New Jersey Volunteer Infantry during the Spanish American War.
Jamea W. Poland of Bradley Beach was fined 25 dollars and costs by Magistrate Borden after being found guilty of cruelly beating a horse. Poland appealed the case. Earlier, police arrested him on the same complaint but the papers were not legally drawn. Proceedings were begun anew. The Surprise Clothing Company at 614 Cookman Avenue advertises on the last page.

George Secor about 45 was arrested last night while robbing the Hathaway Inn casino owned by Nquora. He was jailed in Freehold awaiting January grand jury action after a $25 liquor theft and a suspected spree at Deal. John Carroll, a special officer, trailed him and overpowered him in the building.
T Frank Appleby plans a month long trip starting from Aabury Park to Havana on Saturday November 94 for a tour of the island. He will then visit Florida for a week and proceed to Hot Springs Virginia before finishing in Washington meeting Republican leaders about a consular post. Mayor Seymour of Newark may accompany him.
The Monmouth County Board of Freeholders met in regular session and passed bills totaling $47,500, the largest single-day payout in the board’s history. The meeting adopted Wyoconp Braley's plan for a Sea Bright drawbridge not to exceed $65,000, with bids to be solicited immediately.
Miss Pauline Johnson daughter of Mr and Mrs James Johnson wed Benjamin Hayden of Long Branch at the bride's home last night with Rev Edmund Hewitt of St Luke's M E Church officiating. Bridesmaid Marietta Johnson and best man William Hayden attended. In a second ceremony at the bride's home Miss Charlotte Heidt married Addison B Slocum of Long Branch with Harvey Slocum as best man. Bridesmaids Martha Bennett Kathryn Heidl and maid of honor Lillian Heidl assisted as Rev R M Blackburn officiated.
R A Tusting, the Mattison Avenue piano man, returned from New Brunswick where he oversaw the branch. In about a year the wareroom sold over Alty pianos to top homes with several sales pending.
