Lindsman Arrested After Albany Escape

George E Hulick traveled to Albany to seize Lindsman indicted for adultery. A legal dispute over requisition forms ended with Hulick arresting Lindsman and returning him to Jersey City. Mrs Van derveer had funded the pursuit to recover $200. Lindsman was moved from Park Hall to Freehold amid the legal comedy.

Atlantic City Mayor in Jail on Tour Prank

Mayor Franklin P. Stoy of Atlantic City and his private secretary Alfred Boyer spent an hour as unwilling prisoners in the new city jail during an inspecting tour. They attempted to escape by forcing a lock with common tools and finally climbed to an entry window with planks, jumping to safety.
