J Kingsley Edwards a 12 year old of Branchport won a nominal damages award in Monmouth county court in a suit against Consolidated Gas Company for injuries from a live wire across a ground path burning his neck and hand. He was off three weeks. Atlantic Coast Improvement Company of Newark filed incorporation papers in Trenton with 100000 capital. Incorporators are George Virtue Sieg fried Leschziner and Charles F Skinner. The firm will improve lands in Neptune township Monmouth county.
