Wellington Nutt collector of the Firemen's Relief Association and foreman of Wesley Engine Co has been authorized to file legal action against F C Braeutigam to recover a $500 judgment. Braeutigam, once an insurance broker, allegedly did not turn over two percent of premiums from insured business as required by law. Braeutigam was sued and a judgment obtained but money not yet collected. Nutt aims to enforce the statute to the letter.
