Market Snapshot United States Stocks Mixed As Dow Edges Up

Grand Jury Panel Ready for First Cases in Two Weeks
Maricopa County’s first permanent grand jury, impaneled Tuesday, will hear its first cases in about two weeks. Sixteen of the 62 called were seated for a 120 day term under Superior Court Judge Jerry H. Glenn. The jurors may serve two days weekly at first, then three or more days as the term progresses. County Attorney Moise Berger expects to begin presenting cases September 24. Permanent grand juries for Maricopa and Pima counties were approved by the legislature last spring.
