2 Arrested In Theft of Rental Truck
Flagstaff men are held in the Coconino County Jail on grand theft auto charges after deputies arrested Jon Day, 44, of 18 E Benton, and Leroy Handy, 34, of L13E Benton, in connection with a stolen blue and orange U Haul van. Police heard of a painting project at Oliver Cinder Pit east of town and identified the suspects after a second hand tip. The van had been reported stolen from Sell, California.
