City Man Fined In Driving Case
A 28 year old Flagstaff man pleaded guilty to reduced charges of reckless driving and fined 100 dollars in City Magistrate Court. Illiam J. Duke, 26, of 408 East Birch avenue, was arrested March 17, 1971, by City Patrolman Allan Rolling on a charge of driving while intoxicated. The charge was reduced on motion by the prosecution. Duke was ordered to pay the $100 fine or spend 20 days in jail, with payment allowed in installments.

Carbon Monoxide Fumes Blamed in Family Illness
