Forecasts for Flagstaff Sedona Winslow and Holbrook call for fair to partly cloudy skies with warming temperatures through Thursday. Highs near 70s to mid 80s, lows 30s to 50s. Admits report births and marriages include Porter, Carr, Flories, Walthuis, Rizal, Thre, and Brive. Marriage involves Richard Wilkes and Elizabeth Drinkard in Flagstaff.
Four individuals bound over to Superior Court for arraignment or trial in two drug cases. James Ollie Blackshelar, 45, Winslow, and John N. Fletcher, Apache Junction, charged with felony possession of dangerous drugs for sale after a DPS raid in Bowl and Arrow Acres. Fletcher’s preliminary hearing concluded. Fletcher released on his own recognizance. Blackshelar posted 2200 bond. Arthur L. Simot, 20, and Michael Wikutf, 22, Northern Arizona University students, bound over to Coconino County Superior Court for felony possession of marijuana.
A day long workshop titled Problems Encountered With The Care of The Patient Who Is in Kidney Failure will be held Friday under sponsorship of the Arizona Regional Medical Program. Nurses from the Kidney Center at Good Samaritan Hospital Phoenix will present. The session runs from 9 a m to 9 30 a m in the Coconino County Department of Public Health Auditorium Ft Valley Road. Registration is for nurses and free of charge.
Washington AP report says Henry Kissinger kept a private file of copied classified documents for at least three years. Former NSC staffers and a former White House aide say material from Vietnam and the Soviet arms talks were included, with copies possibly stored in New York. Kissinger calls the papers personal and declines further comment.

Joe C Montoya of the Coconino Community Services Center announced a week to week day camp to run at Ft Tuthill this July. The camp would start after the July 4 holidays with at least three weeks planned and a possible fourth week if needed, reported during the Coconino Association of Neighborhood Councils board meeting at the Flagstaff Laborers Union Hall.

East Flagstaff will receive the final $40,000 from the U S Bureau of Outdoor Recreation to complete Pine Park Dryden Park a 20 acre site bought for 160000 Charles W Dryden engineered the purchase The city contributed 80000 and the bureau matched the rest over two years Recreation Director Ken Inpols announced the funds are now available.
Coconino County plans to disburse about 73.6 million dollars in revenue sharing funds to Sheriff Joe Richards and the enforcement department. The majority, 44 thousand dollars, funds new equipment including three cars, three four wheel drive trucks, prisoner transport gear, and radio sets. The rest, 29 thousand dollars, covers training gear, investigative devices, and SAR upgrades. Four new deputies and one clerk are budgeted, with funds from late 1972 revenue sharing.
Cambodian military reports a grounded airliner was hit by ground fire near Svay Rieng wounding a passenger and starting a fire but the craft returned safely to Svay Rieng. It is the second such strike in four days with another DC3 crash killing 11 aboard last Saturday. Government forces reported gains on Highway 3 while insurgents still held sections of Highways 4 and 17 south of Phnom Penh.
Two Kaibeto men Henry Teton Begay and Jimmy Tsinigine faced voluntary manslaughter charges after a beating death in Page. Robert Luther, 28, also of Kaibeto, was detained with bonds set at 5000 each. The incident occurred near the Page Saddies Chile. Detectives say the fight over Luther's wife Lilly led to the death. Both defendants were arraigned in Page Justice Court and a preliminary hearing date will be set.
PHOENIX AP State officials urged the federal government to lift rules forbidding local governments from using revenue sharing funds to finance new projects.Donald Olson budget aide to Gov Jack Williams said there is no valid reason for prohibitions and noted future uses could include sewer and flood control. The funds this year mainly reduced Arizona property tax with $35 million earmarked for revenue sharing and another $7 million from state funds for tax relief.
Former FBI CIA employee James W McCord Jr showed the Senate Watergate committee how to bug a telephone. He demonstrated a pillbox transmitter hidden in a phone and a large receiver valued at 6500 dollars to pick up the wireless signal. He noted the device would leave no audible trace on the phone and asked safe assurances before proceeding with the demonstration.
Fire activity reported Tuesday morning at Barker Village Hotel where mattress against a wall heater sparked smoke in unit at 7 90 am. A separate blaze at Circle K Market on Highway 98 involved a garbage truck catching fire at 1 26 pm near Barker Village Motel. debris from a prior fire also burned.
