Burial in Citizens Cemetery. He was born January 4 1950 in Phoenix and moved to Flagstaff in 1965. He entered the Navy in 1968 and was on duty when he died. Survived by parents Perry and Mrs Johnson, two brothers Chuck and Jonn, wife Sally Ann, and daughter Kari Marie. Friends may call at Flagstaff Mortuary tonight from 3 to 10.
