The Board of Supervisors approved adding streets in Chimney Flats Broken Arrow Sedona Subdivision Indian Trails and Mogollon Homes and streets in tracts 47 and 48 near Fredonia to the county road system. Haumont Construction Co. Phoenix won a $56 970 bid for concrete fords culverts and related road materials. Also approved were $1 600 payment for a county indigent patient and reviewed tax assessment appeals with no changes. George Heinemann aged 73, father of Mrs. Bob Leonard of Flagstaff, died May 1 in Bell Tower California after a heart attack. Services were held May 5 at St Timothy Church in Lakewood. Surviving wife Olda, one son, four daughters all residents of California.

Missing Man Found After Forest Search Near Munds Park
Frank Douschet of Tucson was reported missing Monday from Munds Park. About 50 searchers combed a damp forest until 11:30 p.m. when a rescuer located him. No further details given. Council discussions included road stop sign petition and sale of land off Interstate 40 for a potential APS substation. appraisal and bidding planned. A right of way was granted to Mountain Dell.

Miss Constance Douglas twenty of the Chapman Trailer Park Page was given one year probation in Superior Court after pleading guilty to possession of marijuana. She was arrested April 6 by state agents after a Page motel party where several marijuana cigarettes were allegedly present.
