Regional council plan advances with 20 member board

County bloc backs four Indian memberships and four county superintendents alongside the original 12, with all counties and 12 cities supporting the plan except Clarkdale who held back. The proposal now moves to counties and cities for approval, establishing a regional council with a 20 member governing board, a management group of local administrators, and functional committees.

Kindergarten Roundup Set for Flagstaff Schools

Superintendent Cromer announced kindergarten registration for the 1971-72 year will be May 12 to 14 from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. Children born after December 31, 1966 are ineligible. Janet Caddell Services Set Friday

Funeral services for Janet Susan Caddell age 15 will be Friday at 2 p.m. at Feder ated Community Church in Flagstaff. The East Flagstaff Junior High student died Monday in Phoenix after being injured Saturday when thrown from a horse. Burial is in Citizens Cemetery. She is survived by her parents Bill and (Mrs.) Caddell, two brothers Dale and Gene, a sister Darna, and grandfather Roy Weeks, all of Flagstaff. Pallbearers named Gene Slayton Bill Loskota George Ross Oscar Crick C D Crick and Charles Crick. Visitation at Flagstaff Mortuary today from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m.
