Funeral services for Janet Susan Caddell age 15 will be Friday at 2 p.m. at Feder ated Community Church in Flagstaff. The East Flagstaff Junior High student died Monday in Phoenix after being injured Saturday when thrown from a horse. Burial is in Citizens Cemetery.
