Twenty Rainbow members participated in a Saturday sale of poppies and held a meeting for the Order of Rainbow for Girls. The event featured officers and several named members, with details listing attendees and roles.
Mrs AL Walker presided at the Aherlesy aid meeting. Speakers included Miss Harr Men from Los Angeles and several others. Mrs Phegurensoy and Mrs Wy Mast Brewer attended. the group discussed lessons from the Book of Mormon.

Students listed include Bryan Smithson as president and Renney Hoyle as vice president, with Tank Carter, Evelyny Heymwood, and Barbara Meats among others filling secretary, treasurer, and social roles. The Winslow Group honors Mothers and Daughters at the annual WSCS banquet of the Woman’s Society of Christian Service of Fisk Methodist Church. The event took place Monday evening in the Washington Senior Auditorium with Mrs. Dwight Shannon as chairman and other officers and committees named for decorations, entertainment, and programs. Florence Odie and Miss Harriet Monks contributed readings and poems, with several local names listed among attendees and contributors.

A church hosted its third annual mother daughter banquet with Mrs. Mahiffey giving the invocation and Mrs. West reading a tribute to daughters. The evening featured group singing, musical numbers by local women and a parade of tributes, with carnations and pastel decor, honoring mothers and daughters in the congregation.

Floyd G Longley Sr. of Phoenix had major surgery last Wednesday. sons at bedside. Glenn Longley travels to Phoenix to visit his father. Mr and Mrs W L Edwards travel to Hobbs NM to visit son Max N Edwards at his home.
Mr and Mrs Nackard hosted Faun Patrick and family. guests included Fim Gowney Greil Kalle Mont and sister-in-law. The party occurred over the weekend with plans to return home Wednesday. Stenney from Los Angeles visited and planned to return to the coast Monday.
Johnny Young, nine, son of Mr and Mrs Jack Young, fell from his bicycle Sunday and is hospitalized at Flagstaff. Mr and Mrs KM Nabbill drove to Phoenix today to remain the rest of the week.
