110 Years Ago in The Sun Mrs. Layton G. Beamer was named winner of the annual Hand of Service Award by the Salvation Army at a recent banquet for workers and the board of directors. A.L. Andy Wolf returned Friday from the All-Star Conference for leading salesmen from Business Men's Assurance Co. in Seatsdale. 25 Years Ago in The Sun Roy H. Bryfogle has been assigned to the Flagstaff area by the Arizona Highway Patrol. Bryfogle, formerly with the Highway Patrol in Phoenix, will join James Centner and Joe Mulcaire as local highway officers. Two Flagstaff dentists and their wives, Dr. and Mrs. PJ. Lindemann Jr. and Dr. and Mrs. Howard Wren, left Sunday for Los Angeles to attend a dental convention.
