New Winslow Names Harold Vasey as City Manager
Harold B. Vasey, 55, appointed as Winslow city manager succeeding Alfred Perron-White. Vasey brings 39 years in city management with prior posts in Mankato Minnesota Montrose Colorado and Carlisle Pennsylvania. Main issues include street and water main projects, potential police expansion after July 1, and a water rate increase through 1970. Vasey plans voluntary summer dawn sprinkling and oversees new sanitary fill ground.
