Moon Walker To Retire From Astronaut Corps
Navy Capt. Eugene A. Cernan, 42, the man who left the last footprints on the moon, will retire from the astronaut corps, officials announced at Space Center Houston.
County Republicans name delegates for state and national conventions
John G. Verkamp announces precinct committeemen will meet March 27 at Lille America to elect delegates and alternates to the April 24 State Convention. The State Convention will pick 29 delegates and 29 alternates to attend the August 16 National Nominating Convention and nominate a new national committeeman and committeewoman.
